Templates for the construction of abstracts are available below in doc, odt and tex format. Please prepare an abstract to upload as a pdf.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be issued after 31st May 2012.

It will be important to allocate each abstract to the correct category in order to build coherent themed sessions. Abstract classifications listed here will be employed. Submitters might refer to previous EAC and IAC conference proceedings to determine where their abstract might best fit.

Suitable keywords for use in EAC abstracts are to be found here.

Failure to register by 15 July 2012 of at least one author for accepted abstracts will result in abstracts removed from the program and abstract book.
